West Side Dine

This week I have decided to explore more of Atlanta’s West Side. An area that has recently become trendy and fun, but when I moved here almost four years ago this area was still mostly undeveloped with just a few new businesses opening. Today, there are a lot of great restaurants, and finding a good hamburger with fries should not be difficult. I know many of you are thinking that Bocado should be my choice; however, this time I have decided to go fishing for a burger in a famous sea food restaurant; The Optimist. The Optimist has been named one of the best restaurants in the United States http://theoptimistrestaurant.com/press , and I normally think of the Optimist when it comes to their famous grilled octopus.  However, I have heard the burger is FAN-TAS-TIC, and I think it is time for this blog to rate this burger and determine exactly how many Golden Burgers it deserves.

The burgers at the Optimist are served only during lunch time, but I like burgers for lunch, so I have extra hours in the day to burn the calories before bed. The Optimist burger comes with fries, and it is also priced under fifteen dollars so it is an affordable meal for anyone’s budget.
